Launch IE browser
Click on the Settings icon
Click on Internet OptionOptions
Select the Security Tab
For each zone (Internet, Local Internet, Trusted Sites & Restricted sites), change the security level to minimum and uncheck the “Enable “Enable Protected Mode” Mode” checkbox.
If you do not have the option to minimize the security level for the Restricted sites zone, just uncheck the “Enable “Enable Protected Mode” Mode” checkbox.Click on Apply
Click on Ok
